As Christensen puts it: “What workloads have in typical is that they all need to have someplace to run! But when you assess the infrastructure generally men and women get in a placement where they do not have the correct CPU, or ample memory.
“Often men and women pool all the methods then cross their fingers, as they have ten workloads on it. When they all peak, which is not superior ample! So they want twenty five per cent more, but that could be unneeded. You could use a usage-dependent model, so when you don’t use methods, you don’t spend for them.”
