Washington’s Threats Forced Greek Shippers to Give Iran Fuel to U.S.

U.S. threats of authorized motion and sanctions compelled Greek shipowners to surrender Iranian fuel to the U.S. government in recent times, men and women common with the confiscation claimed.

The Justice Division confirmed Friday it had confiscated cargo in 4 vessels allegedly loaded with Iranian gasoline in violation of sanctions, as the Trump administration actions up its campaign of most stress in opposition to Iran. The gasoline was headed for Venezuela.
